The Logistic Specialist - Tran&WHs Based on the company logistic flow, is required to manage and coordinate the operative processes needed for the correct material handling, mainly transport and warehouse activities.

Lo specialista ricercato in ambito logistica e trasporti sarà coinvolto nella gestione e dell'ottimizzazione dei processi logistici, garantendo l'efficienza del magazzino e la corretta gestione delle scorte.
TASKS
- Identification of the supplier forwarder after a benchmark process
- Price quotation list / contract
- Mapping and overview of the transport / WH costs (budget)
- Issuing of the export documents
- Booking container & Transfer Shipping data to Forwarder
- In case of any complains, managing with Insurance
- Statement with forwarder for importation expenses
- SAP Transportation project & invoicing transport control
- Support for Custom Import clearance
- support for WHs in the daily activities
- support for Customer returnable packaging stock and movements
- support for invoicing controll

- Gestione e ottimizzazione dei processi logistici
- Controllo sulle attività di magazzino : assicurerai la corretta ricezione, stoccaggio e spedizione dei prodotti.
- Gestione reclami e azioni migliorative in generale.
- Utilizzo di sistemi ERP, in particolare SAP, per monitorare e gestire le attività
- Gestione documentale delle attività di import / export.
- Identificazione dei fornitori e gestione dei trasporti, rispettando i budget di periodo
- Controllo dei costi: attività di budgeting, KPI , azioni migliorative
- Modulo transportation in SAP: controllo ed approvazione dei costi di trasporto
