The opening of ASK in Mexico marks a definitive milestone in ASK Group's ongoing growth. The new production complex, located in Hermosillo (Sonora), just a short distance from the United States border, represents much more than a manufacturing expansion.
Its strategic position strengthens ASK Group's presence in the North American market, ensuring a short and efficient supply chain for all our customers in the region.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by more than 50 guests, including company employees and notable figures such as the Governor of the State of Sonora, Alfonso Durazo, as well as representatives from key public and private bodies and institutes in the region, including the Secretariat of Economy, Secretariat of Labor, Immigration Institute, Index Sonora, and the US Embassy.

Mr. Junio de Oliveira, the Plant Manager of ASK Mexico, emphasized the importance of this new plant for the Group and reiterated the company's commitment to supporting the social development of the state.

Among the speakers, Mrs. Maria Helena Gallego, President of Collectron, highlighted the significance of a global player establishing itself in the region, underscoring the interest of large groups in this vital part of Mexico.

Mr. Sakamoto Takehide, Vice President of ASK Group, reinforced JVC Kenwood Group's dedication to supporting this important and challenging project.

ASK Group's CEO, Mr. Alberto Bianchi, spoke about the company’s commitment to the development of businesses, platforms, and technologies in the region, before inviting all guests and employees to a celebratory cocktail reception for a toast and a tour of the new facilities.
