We are proud to announce that ASK has been ranked among the Top Job Best Employers 2023/24, as recognized by the workplace quality survey conducted by the German Institute for Quality (ITQF) and published by La Repubblica Affari&Finanza.
ITQF honored us with two Awards for 2023/24: Top Job Best Employers and Italy’s Best Employers for Women.
The study is primarily based on employees' direct evaluation of their employer: employees anonymously contribute through panel contacts, ensuring an unbiased assessment.
For “Top Job Best Employers”, 10,671 employee evaluations from 1,700 Italian companies with at least 300 employees were collected, certifying 379 companies. The survey covered 38 topics, including work environment, professional growth, and corporate values.
These Awards are a significant achievement for ASK, certifying our efforts in offering meaningful jobs, extensive benefits and a supportive, family atmosphere, peaceful environment. They serve as a source of immense pride and motivate us to continue building an even better workplace for everyone!
