ASK Industries 100% shares have been acquired on 1st of April 2015 by JVCKENWOOD Corporation; ASK will act as an autonomous subsidiary of the JVCKENWOOD Group.
Both ASK and JVCKENWOOD we are confident that the join of our know-how, product-portfolios in the car-infotainment sector and the advanced technologies together with the industrial synergies will generate additional business growth and will strengthen the services to all our customers.
In particular based on the JVCKENWOOD current and innovative products we plan to develop new business opportunities for our current customers; we will also offer to Japanese automobile manufacturers our whole product portfolio.
